​The name Xaa-wan’-k’wvt means “Along-There Upon-It.” Our Dee-ni’ name describes the prime land setting along the eastern oceanfront in the estuary of the Smith River. This expanse of property was formerly known as known as Ship Ashore and Salmon Harbor Resorts.
